zero-waste jersey yarn - navy
tonlé's handmade yarn is a central part of our zero-waste process. Cut from tiny scraps of remnant fabric, and tediously stitched back together and made into skeins, this yarn is perfect for beginners setting out on their first time knitting project or veteran crafters. As with all of our fabrics, our jersey yarn is made with remnant fabrics, and contains at least 80% cotton or other natural plant based fibers. Some yarns may contain some elastic and all have a bit of stretch to them. Each skein contains 100 yards of yarn, which is enough to make a small baby blanket or an infinity scarf like the ones featured on our website.
