Due to the unique nature of our zero waste process using reclaimed materials, products you receive may vary slightly in color from products shown on our site. We find beauty in this (and hope you to do too!) but realize getting just the right color and fit is important for a piece to become a favorite in your home or wardrobe.  We’re happy to offer a flexible return policy to ensure you have products you will love for years to come.

Can I return or exchange an item? 

Yes! In order to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer returns and exchanges on unworn items, excluding jewelry and final sale items, within 30 days of delivery. Refunds will be issued to the original card of purchase.

Anything purchased during a promotional sale is eligible only for exchange or store credit.

Anything marked as FINAL SALE is not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit.

Do you offer free returns?

We’re happy to offer free returns on US orders sent back as an exchange or for store credit (details below). Unfortunately at this time we are not able to offer free returns on international orders.

US Domestic Returns

  • IF you are processing an exchange, or receiving your refund as store credit, returns are free of charge.
  • IF you are processing a return back to your original method of payment, $9.95 is deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the return shipping label.

  • In the rare occurrence you are sent the wrong product or find a defect, we are more than happy to exchange or refund your item free of charge! Contact hello@tonle.com

International Returns

Due to increasing international shipping rates, we do not offer free returns for orders placed outside the United States. Within 30 days of delivery, customers may choose to send back returns for a refund either to their original payment method or as store credit. Please reach out to hello@tonle.com to make this arrangement. 

How long does it take to get my return?

Refunds and exchanges will be processed upon receipt at our Denver office. If you are using one of our USPS return labels we should receive your package in 7-10 days. Our goal is to process and confirm your return within 7 days of receipt.
