In order to ensure that you are full satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund on unused and unwashed items, excluding jewelry and sale items, with tags still attached within 30 days of purchase, excluding the cost of shipping. Please email us at info@tonle.com to initiate a return. 


Please note that due to the unique nature of tonlé’s production using recycled materials, we are subject to fabrics available at time of production and colors may vary slightly. We will not issue a refund for color variations within reason. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for normal wear and tear of items. Refunds will be issued to original card of purchase.

In the rare occurrence that we send you a damaged item or the wrong order, we are more than happy to exchange your item free of charge. Simply send the item back to us and we will reimburse you for shipping up to $10. Please contact us info@tonledesign.com as soon as possible. In the event that we are out of stock of that particular item, we will gladly contact you with comparable options of equal value.
